Car Crashes Into Summit House
The car was found wedged under the porch of a Summit home, damaging the structural support of the porch roof on Monday morning.
SUMMIT, NJ — A car crashed into a home on Beauvoir Avenue in Summit on Monday morning, firefighters report.
The City of Summit Fire Department responded at 9:41 a.m. to 46 Beauvoir Avenue, a house used by Atlantic Health Behavioral.
The car was found wedged under the porch, damaging the structural support of the porch roof. Structural damage from the crash was assessed by a City of Summit building inspector and engineering staff from Atlantic Health, according to Summit City.

The driver suffered minor injuries. City of Summit Police Department and First Aid Squad also responded to the scene.
