Coach Zaleski: Summit Baseball Team Comes Ready 'To Work'
In this week's Coaches Corner, Varsity Baseball Coach Kevin Zaleski talks about the team's 10-5 season thus far, the players and goals for the season.
It's important to set goals — and for Coach Kevin Zaleski and the Summit Varsity Basbeall Team, the immediate goal is to finish out the Union County Conference, win the championship and advance to the state tournament. But first things first...the team has some big games coming up and some more work to do.
Tomorrow, the Hilltoppers will take on neighboring New Providence in a home game at 7 p.m. Then on Saturday, the team will head to Staten Island where they will take on Parsippany in a game that's being played at the Staten Island Yankees Ballpark.
