Contempt Of Court Arrest In Summit: Police

Anthony Abenante had several warrants out for his arrest, police said.

SUMMIT, NJ - A 62-year-old Irvington man was arrested on several outstanding warrants from Newark, according to the Summit Police Department.

According to authorities, Anthony Abenante was arrested on several contempt of court warrants out of Newark. Abenante was transported to headquarters, processed and released with a pending court date.
