Dr. Donald Seiler, 323 Springfield Avenue, Summit, NJ

I made an appointment for an eye exam with Dr. Seiler.  When doing this I specifically asked whether or not they accepted AARP Medicare Complete through United Health Care.  I was told that they did.

I arrived one half hour prior to today's appointment; handed my card over and was told that they DO NOT accept this form of AARP coverage. 

It would seem that at best the staff at this office are ill-trained, ill-informed and incompetent.  Additionally, as no apology was tendered I would have to add that they are very, very rude.

Even if they started to participate in the program to which I belong I would never go back.  This is no way to treat people.
