Sifu Steven Ruskin's popular class will continue at St. Paul's Episcopal Church. Tai Chi is being offered on Monday evenings at 6:15pm. The cost of this class is $15.00 to coverage costs.
Tai Chi Chuan is a Chinese martial art known for it¹s vast health benefits. It is characterized by the graceful slow motion form. Qi Gong and push hands are covered in the classes, as well as aspects of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Recommend for improving balance, flexibility, leg strength and stress relief, Tai Chi is considered the pearl of China and a real treasure to be cultivated. The advanced sword form is offered for qualified students. Appropriate for
beginners and advanced.
