The Dances of Universal Peace are a powerful, joyous form of interfaith group meditation and prayer. Using sacred phrases and chants, simple music and movements inspired from many spiritual traditions, the dances  promote what deeply unites us—one Source, one Essence.

Participation, not presentation, is the focus. No musical or dance experience of any kind is required and everyone is welcome to join in.
