Pathways Dragon Boat Kicks Off 2011 season

An informational meeting on March 8th  at 6:45pm at The Connection will supply facts, registration forms and other information about the 2010 Pathways Dragon Boat Team. In its fourth season, the team consists of women who are currently in treatment or who are long term cancer survivors. Register now to secure a spot on the team!

Beginning April 18th, the team will practice at Lake Parsippany.  Practices are Mondays from 5:45 pm to 7:15 pm and no experience is required. Practices and races will continue through mid-October. Several team members will be heading in July to Montreal for an International Race.

  Coach Ellen Law is a US National Team Member.  The Pathways team is an affiliate of the NJ Dragon Boat Club and is called Team SOSNJ which stands for Save Our Sisters New Jersey. In the spirit and traditions of teamwork in dragon boating, members find they gain strength and vitality through paddling with Team SOSNJ.
