Registration for winter 2011 art classes and workshops starts November 4 and continues until classes begin on January 10, 2011.
Nine new classes and workshops will be offered for adults, including Enameling on Metal and Creative Surfaces for Digital Art. Popular returning courses include Animal Portraiture and Drawing for the Absolutely Terrified. Comic Book Art and Fashion Illustration are among the five new classes for children, plus the new Art Safari workshops focusing on different wild animals in various mediums. Teens may choose from three new courses, including Introduction to Digital Photography. Overall, 100 classes and workshops are scheduled for adults and 73 for children and teens. Most courses run for 10 weeks.
