Happy Valentine's Day!

Happy Valentine's Day! Whether you're staying home tonight and heading out for a fanciful feast, there are still some things you need to know today. Well, just five things. Here they are:

1. It's Monday and that means the Transfer Station is closed. Sorry!
2. The YMCA is having a Valentine's Day party for seniors today from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. And it's free!
3. Boys swim team hit the NJSIAA tournament today at 3:30 p.m.
4. Not sure if it's too late but if you don't have dinner reservations tonight, it's worth a shot to check our list of downtown restaurants featuring specials. 
5. Plus: Suburban Vegetarians will hold its 11th annual Valentine's Day dinner on Monday, Feb. 14th, from 7 p.m to 10 p.m. at Winberie's Restaurant, corner of Springfield Ave. & Kent Place Blvd., Summit.  All are welcome; you need not be a vegetarian to attend. No admissio, just pay for what you order!
