Help the Summit Fire Department Pick a Name For It's New TV Show!
The SFD will soon have a new television show on HomeTowne TV and they need your help to select a name for the program.
What's in a name? A new television show starring members of the Summit Fire Department.
Beginning next week, the Fire Department will have it's own show on HomeTowne Television, the cable network that broadcasts on Comcast Channel 36 and Verizon Fios Channel 33. The station already features a program called "Off the Cuff" that's hosted by the Summit Police Department. And now, the Fire Department will get into the act as well with a program that will not only highlight members of the department, but some of the department's services and initiatives as well. The show will involve Batallion Chief Donald Nelson as well as various guests.
But no good TV show would be complete without a name...and that's where the public comes in. The Fire Department is asking for residents to help them choose a fun, clever name for it's new show.
