The Junior League of Summit Thrift Shop’s Coat Event will take place Thursday, October 12 from 9:30 AM to 8:00 PM and Friday, October 13 from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM at the Parish Hall in Calvary Church (31 Woodland Avenue, Summit). The annual event features incredible deals on new and gently used adult and children’s winter coats and accessories.
“This is a key event for the Junior League. We are incredibly grateful for the donations from our members and the local community, which enable us to hold this popular sale. Our goal is to keep our community warm throughout the winter season with affordable coats, boots, hats, scarves, and gloves," commented Junior League President Liz Dutkewych.
League member and Shop Chair Maria Williams noted that they have been hard at work sorting through the large collection of coats that will be featured in this year’s event. “We have a huge selection of coats for men, women, and children. We are looking forward to welcoming our shoppers to the event!”

The Thrift Shop will remain open for its regular hours throughout the event, continuing to offer customers the opportunity to purchase discounted clothing and shoes for men, women and children and housewares.
