Ghosts, goblins, fighter pilots and fairy princesses would all agree one thing it doesn't hurt to be on Halloween is frugal.

Moms and dads looking to save big on costumes and home decorations can stop by the Junior League Thrift Shop now through Saturday as the organization hosts its annual Halloween sale.

The event is ongoing through 8 p.m. Thursday, from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Friday, and from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m Saturday.
