Local High Schoolers Qualify for VEX Robotics Worlds Championship

Three teams from Robot Revolution will participate in the VEX Robotics Worlds Championship in Louisville KY.

After a season of VEX Robotics competitions as well as qualifying for the State Championships in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, three Robot Revolution teams won their ticket to the Worlds Robotics Championship. Team 4610Z was one of the State Champions; Team 4610C was a State Finalist; Team 4611B won the Middle School Excellence Award, the top honor award.

These three Robot Revolution teams will be joined by six other teams from high schools across New Jersey at VEX Worlds April 25 – April 28 in Louisville KY, where 1,400 VEX Competition teams from more than 32 countries vie for World Champion!

Robot Revolution, in downtown Summit, NJ teaches programming, structures, mechanics and a bit of problem solving to kids with a focus on having them participate in international competitions sponsored by the Robotics Education Competition Foundation. The organization utilizes Vex IQ Robots for grades 3-8 and Vex Robots for grades 8-12. For more information and to register, please visit www.robotrevolution.net.
