Man Charged With Defiant Trespassing: Summit Police
Andriy S. Blyednov also had an outstanding warrant, police said.
SUMMIT, NJ - A 42-year-old Newark man was arrested and charged with defiant trespassing after an incident with police on June 1, according to authorities.
According to the Summit Police Department Andriy S. Blyednov was arrested and charged with defiant trespassing and a contempt of court warrant out of Summit. Defiant trespassing in New Jersey is generally defined as a person entering who is somewhere they are not supposed to be, licensed or privileged to do so, and enters or remains despite clear warnings of trespassing being provided. The warning could have been verbal or through signage.
Blyednov was processed and released with a pending court date.
