More Than $2K Taken From Unlocked Car: Summit Police

SUMMIT, NJ - The Summit Police Department is looking for the person responsible for the theft of more than $2,000 in items from an unlocked car on Manor Hill Road on July 7.

According to authorities, the car was parked on the roadway in front of a
Manor Hill Road residence and the victim reported that taken from the car was one Louis Vuitton wallet containing forms of identification and credit cards, one pair of Apple Airpods, one Prada checkbook holder, several gift cards, two sets of eyeglasses and one pair of Tori Burch sunglasses.

The total value of the stolen items at the time of the report was approximately $2,190, police said.
