Special Properties Adds Daniel Cannizzo
Experienced real estate professional joins Special Properties' Summit office as Broker Associate
SUMMIT, NJ – June 10, 2019 – Special Properties Real Estate Services, LLC, an exclusive affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate, voted Christie’s Affiliate of the Year in 2017 and 2018, and the fastest growing real estate brokerage in northern New Jersey, announced that Daniel Cannizzo has joined its recently opened Summit, NJ office. His addition is part of Special Properties’ continued expansion throughout the northern New Jersey region.
Cannizzo is a Broker Associate with more than 25 years of experience in residential, commercial and investment properties. Among his real estate experience is work with some of the largest national brokerage chains, and he was a founding partner of his own luxury real estate brokerage that achieved 1.5 billion in sales over 12 years. He is a member of the New Jersey Multiple Listing Service, the Garden State Multiple Listing Service, and the National Association of Realtors. Before joining the real estate industry, Cannizzo was a restauranteur, serving as the president of the New Jersey Restaurant Association for a period of time. He is a current resident of Millburn, NJ.
