Special Properties' new Summit, NJ office adds residential real estate professional as part of growth throughout the region

Her addition is part of Special Properties’ continued expansion throughout the northern New Jersey region.
Silberstein specializes in residential real estate, and brings with her a wealth of experience, including excellent negotiating skills, a strong work ethic, and a compassion for her clients that drives her real estate business. She is Smart Home certified and is designated as an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR). Silberstein has experience in all phases of the real estate market including buying, selling, investing and new construction. Before joining the real estate industry, she was a buyer in New York City. Silberstein graduated from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City with a bachelor’s degree in Business and Fashion Merchandising. This background in fashion has afforded her the opportunity to better stage and prepare a seller’s home for sale.
