Summit Chorale, one of New Jersey’s oldest continuously running community choirs, will be holding auditions for its 111th season on Tuesday, September 3, and throughout the remainder of the month. Under the leadership of Artistic Director Dr. Thomas Juneau, the choir’s 2019-2020 repertoire includes Mozart’s Requiem, Mahler’s Symphony No. 2, Handel’s Judas Maccabaeus, a fun-filled concert of Disney selections, and much more.

Summit Chorale’s season will culminate in July with a trip to Ireland, its second international trip in three years.

Interested singers can audition on September 3. If unable to attend that night, they can sit in on any rehearsal and audition afterward. Rehearsals begin promptly at 7:30 p.m. at St. John’s Lutheran Church, 587 Springfield Ave., Summit, NJ. Details about membership and auditions can be found at: summitchorale.org/auditions.
