​Don't miss the rescheduled Summit's Annual Easter Egg Hunt this Saturday, April 8 at 10 a.m.

SUMMIT, NJ — Don't miss the rescheduled Summit's Annual Easter Egg Hunt this Saturday, April 8. The original date was rained out.

The 2017 PAL Easter Egg Hunt will have more than 10,000 eggs hidden for City children at Summit’s Village Green, 356 Broad Street. The event is free an open to all Summit residents.

Three separate hunts for ages 2 & under, ages 3 – 4, and ages 5+ will take off at 10 a.m. Parents are welcome to stand outside of each corral. Those parents with children in the 2 & under corral are welcome to offer assistance.

Once all 10,000 eggs have been snatched up, event participants are encouraged to check their baskets for any prize eggs. Prize eggs will be marked “winner” on the outside and all prizes can be redeemed at the stage.

The Easter Bunny will be available for photos with music and entertainment being provided by the Summit PAL throughout the event.

This free event is co-sponsored by the Summit Police Athletic League and Summit Community Programs. All are welcome. Free baskets will be provided at the event.
