Summit Football Stages Late-Game Rally to Top Rahway
Hilltoppers erased 14-point deficit to remain undefeated.

The Summit football team scored the game's final 20 points to erase a two-touchdown deficit and continue its winning streak Saturday afternoon, beating Rahway on its home field, 26-20, according to NJ.com.
Heading into the fourth quarter the Hilltoppers were down 20-6 but rallied back with the help of Colm Dougherty, who rushed for two touchdowns and a two-point conversion.
"This comeback was a true test of our character," said Kevin Kostibos. "To come back from a 14-point deficit in the fourth quarter on the road to the number one team in the county, this speaks volumes for our passion for success."
Up next: the team takes on Roselle at 1 p.m. Saturday at home.
