Do you have a family heirloom that you suspect is a real treasure? On October 3, 2017 from 10am to 3pm, come to the Summit Historical Society for a verbal auction evaluation and possible consignment of your antiques, fine jewelry, silver and art with Skinner Auctioneers & Appraisers. Their team of professional appraisers will help you understand what your items are worth.
Skinner is inviting consignments for the winter 2017-2018 auctions. Meet with Fine Jewelry expert Victoria Bratberg and CEO Karen Keane at the Summit Historical Society for a complimentary auction evaluation and consignment of your Fine Jewelry, Antiques & Fine Art. Appointments required. Please register online and a member of Skinner’s team will contact you directly for an appointment time. High quality photos are recommended for large or particularly fragile items. Reservations highly recommended though walk-ins will be accommodated as time allows.

About Summit Historical Society
The mission of the Summit Historical Society is to preserve records, documents, books and artifacts relating to the history of Summit and surrounding area as well as the Carter House, the oldest house in Summit. Once preserved, we compile and disseminate this information to the public through public access to our archives, educational programs and maintenance of the Carter House as a public museum dedicated to the history of Summit. As we are continually adding new items to the Carter House Museum and our archives, we welcome donations of materials relating to Summit’s past.
