Summit Home Burglarized, Bedroom Window Was Access Point

Someone entered the Summit home through a rear, ground floor bedroom window, police reported.

SUMMIT, NJ — A Summit home was broken into and it is unclear if anything was stolen, police report.

On Feb. 15 at 5:16 p.m., a Silver Lake Drive homeowner reported a burglary. The victim reported that it was unknown when the incident had occurred.

Entry was gained through a rear, ground floor bedroom window. At the time of the report, it was unknown if anything was removed from the residence, police reported.

On Feb. 8: Sean R. Ousterman, 25, of Cranford was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking. Ousterman was released with a pending court date.

On Feb. 10: Andrew S. Medina, 26, of Hackettstown was arrested for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Medina was released with a pending court date.

On Feb. 13: Vephkhvia Saakashvili, 30, of Westfield was arrested for operating a vehicle with a suspended license and a contempt of court warrant out of Westfield. Saakashvili was released with a pending court date.

On Feb. 14: Ryan J. Gieger, 34, of Summit was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Gieger was released with a pending court date.

On Feb. 15: Jeison A. Sanchez-Munoz, 32, of Summit was arrested for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Sanchez-Munoz was released with a pending court date.

On Feb. 16: Ana M. Arjona, 37, of West New York was arrested for two contempt of court warrants out of West New York. Arjona was released with a pending court date.

On Feb. 16: Ruth O. Abidoye, 49, of Newark was arrested for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a contempt of court warrant from Union. Abidoye was released with a pending court date.

On Feb. 16: Quaniesha M. Perrin, 25, of Elizabeth was arrested for a contempt of court warrant out of Glen Ridge. Perrin was released with a pending court date.

On Feb. 19: Jevon F. Bowman, 27, of Irvington was arrested for a contempt of court warrant out of Irvington. Bowman posted bail and was released with a pending court date.
