Summit Man Arrested, Charged With Assault: Police

SUMMIT, NJ - A 26-year-old Summit man was arrested and charged with simple assault after an incident with police on March 7, police said.

According to authorities, Nick Kitsos was arrested and charged with simple assault. A simple assault charge is most commonly charged in cases of fights or minor injuries.

Kitsos was processed and released with a pending court date.
