Summit Man Charged With Assault
Andriy S. Blyednov was arrested at the end of August, police said.
SUMMIT, NJ - For the third time in six months a 43-year-old Summit man has been arrested by police, this time being charged with assault, according to officials.
According to the Summit Police Department Andriy S. Blyednov was arrested and charged with simple assault on Aug. 31. Blyednov was processed and released with a pending court date.
Back in June, Blyednov was arrested and charged with defiant trespassing and a contempt of court warrant out of Summit. Defiant trespassing in New Jersey is generally defined as a person entering who is somewhere they are not supposed to be, licensed or privileged to do so, and enters or remains despite clear warnings of trespassing being provided. The warning could have been verbal or through signage.

And in February, Blyednov was arrested on two contempt of court warrants out of Madison and Newark, police said.
