Summit Man Charged With Resisting Arrest: Police
Wender Morales-Ortiz was released pending a court date, police said.
SUMMIT, NJ - A 34-year-old Summit man was arrested after an altercation with authorities on Aug. 3, according to the Summit Police Department.
Wender Morales-Ortiz was arrested and charged with resisting arrest, police said. Morales-Ortiz was processed and released with a pending court date.
