Summit Police Catch The Grinch (Video)
The Summit Police have captured one porch pirate, but want the public to be mindful of others this holiday season.
SUMMIT, NJ - The holiday season means an increase in package deliveries to the Summit area and the Summit Police are reminding residents to be vigilant.
Police Officer David Kotiga wrote, produced, filmed and edited a short film about package theft featuring fellow Officer Jeff Deets as the Grinch.
