Summit Rolls Out PGA Golf Championship Events

SUMMIT, NJ — The 2016 PGA Championship is in full swing this week in Springfield.

To add to the festivities, Summit is hosting events all week for patrons to enjoy.

On the Close.by/Summit app and website there is a section for “PGA Week Events” scheduled throughout the week including a Party at the 19th Hole! on Thursday, July 28 from 5 to 8 p.m. on Beechwood Rd.

The street will be turned into a "green", opened to foot traffic only, and will feature outdoor entertainment including live music, a DJ, a group dance to the 1960s hit “The Locomotion," mini-golf holes and a golf inspired selfie photo stand with refreshments courtesy of GreatHouse Bonny Neiman at 12 Beechwood Rd.
