Summit Seeks Developers For Broad Street West Redevelopment Area

SUMMIT, NJ — Summit is seeking qualified developers and development teams to submit qualifications for the redevelopment of the Broad Street West Redevelopment Area.

Developers can access the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) by clicking here.

Proposals must be delivered to Summit City Hall on or before July 26 by 4 p.m. and must be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed as follows:

Subject: Summit Broad Street West RFQ

Address: 512 Springfield Avenue, City Hall, Summit, NJ 07901

Envelopes must also include the name and address of the respondent.
