Summit's Second Annual Doggy Dip Is This Weekend At The Aquatic Center
Dogs of all sizes can go for a swim in the public pool.

The Summit Aquatic Center will hold its second annual Doggy Dip on Sept. 17. Dogs of all sizes are welcome to take a swim in the community pool before it's drained for the season.
Registration is $10 per dog for residents, and $15 for non-residents. Pups can receive a special treat the day of by bringing an item from the St. Hubert's Animal Welfare Center wish list, which asks for donations like blankets, treats and toys.
Swim times will be divided based on a dogs size. Any dog under 20 pounds can play from 10-10:45, dogs between 20-50 pounds are from 11-11:45, and any dog bigger than 50 pounds can swim from 12-12:45 pm. Although all dogs are welcome, their humans must stay out of the water during the event.
