Union County Mayor's Concert Series: Broadway, En Vogue, Lance Bass
Thursday, Aug. 5, Broadway, Film and TV actor Terron Brooks will be part of "The Soul of Broadway," part of the ongoing Union County Mayor's Concert Series in Rahway. It's Brooks' first live concert appearance in over a year. Admission is free and there will be a beer garden at the site.

Attend A Birthday Party For Rescue Dogs
Scotch Plains is hosting DOGust Celebration, a universal birthday party for adopted and rescue dogs, on Aug. 11 at Jerseyland Park. The event will include a cool off zone, crafts and activities, donation drive, food, and community groups. One dog per human will be allowed. Pre-registration is required. Find out more here.
