The American Yoga Academy will offer:
Yoga for Kids with Lauren Christensen.
Offering a Morning Class and an Afternoon Workshop
Healthy Snack, 11:30 – 12 pm
Class Fee: $15. Walk-Ins Welcome.
Yoga for Kids Workshop, 1 – 3 pm
Learn to teach yoga to your kids with yoga, meditation and relaxation.
Workshop Fee: $45 per person.
Yoga for Kids with Lauren Christensen is an amazing Class designed to Motivate Children to be Active, Build Confidence and Manage Stress.
The class is geared towards children ages 5 years and older. It incorporates Cardiovascular Conditioning, Fun and Original Music and Games, Plus All of the Traditional Aspects of Yoga; Meditation, Breathing Techniques, Peace, and Relaxation.

The Workshop will teach you how to teach to children.
Lauren Christensen is a Montessori Pre-School Teacher and a Certified Yoga Instructor from The American Yoga Academy and Kidding Around Yoga Teacher Trainings.
She Graduated from Fairfield University in Connecticut with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Psychology. She received her Early Childhood Teaching Certificate from The Princeton Center for Teacher Education. She is currently Teaching at The Westmont Montessori School in Mendham, NJ and Finishing up her Advanced 500 Hour Training at The American Yoga Academy.
