Class of 2011: THS Peer Leader Will Miss Her Teachers the Most

She hopes educators at Penn State are just as attentive

College Attending in the Fall: Penn State, Science-Undecided

Extracurricular Activities: National Honors Society, Terpsichoreans, Peer Leader

What did you enjoy most about your senior year? I enjoyed how my graduating class came together because we all knew we were graduating soon. Everyone united and supported one another this year.
What will you miss most about Teaneck High School? I’ll miss the teachers. The ones I’ve had were always available to me. I hope when I attend Penn State I’ll get that same type of attention.
What advice do you have for next year’s seniors? I would advise them to start the college paperwork process early. Start filling out forms for FAFSA, scholarships and for college applications.
What are you looking forward to the most about college? I’m looking forward to gaining independence, meeting new people and getting enough knowledge to go into medicine one day.
Who helped you to get where you’re at in life? My family – my mom, dad and brother. My mom especially because she always pushed me to challenge myself.
