In this full-day retreat, we will use focused writing
prompts to write about memories narratively and reflectively and will travel along yoga's energy pathways -- the chakras -- to connect with that which lies beyond the thinking mind. As we deepen our memory work, our bodies will guide us to find the words through the practice of yoga, breath, meditation, and mindfulness. Thus, on this journey, we will open a gateway to the stories that have been waiting to be heard, to the words that have been waiting to be written.
Come spend the day in a safe and supportive yoga writing
community. Delve deep, move, write, and discover what yearns for expression.
You have lived your life in this body. Now, let it tell you
its tale.
