Mentoring Moms, a program of the Volunteer Center of Bergen County, is currently registering and training volunteer mentors to work with mothers, who are overwhelmed by the responsibilities of children and life. There is an especially great need for bi-lingual Spanish speaking women.
Fall training begins October 3, 2011 from 7 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. and includes a free six-session, 15-hour training program and ongoing support from program staff.
