NorthJersey.com: Teaneck Man Eyed in Englewood Burglaries

Bryant Bell, 20, is being held at the Bergen County Jail after being arrested in Englewood Saturday.

ENGLEWOOD -- A Teaneck man being held in the Bergen County Jail may be responsible for a series of car and home burglaries in Englewood since November, NorthJersey.com reported Monday.

Bryant Bell, 20, was arrested Saturday after police received a report that he was bragging about eluding officers, said Deputy Chief Lawrence Suffern of the Englewood police.

According to police, Bell may be responsible for some of approximately 15 automobile and home break-ins reported in the city since November.  Bell has not been charged with those crimes. He is accused of trying to break into a car early Saturday morning.
