Personal Conversation with White House Advisor Jason Greenblatt

The Friends of the Israel Defense Forces (FIDF) Tri-State region will hold an exclusive, up-close and personal conversation with former Chief Legal Officer for President Trump, Jason Greenblatt, on Monday, July 13 at 7 PM, in advance of the FIDF National Virtual Gala September 13. The conversation will focus on the topic of Middle East peace and Antisemitism as it relates to the Coronavirus. The event will support FIDF’s well-being and educational programs for Israel’s soldiers.

Jason Greenblatt is one of the chief architects of the “Peace to Prosperity” plan between Israel and the Palestinians, and between Israel and its Arab neighbors. He has spoken in front of the UN Security Council numerous times about the tremendous bias against Israel, emphasizing Israel’s absolute right to defend itself. He remains involved in working toward peace and prosperity throughout the Middle East region, focusing on creating what he calls a Middle East 2.0, by building economic bridges between Israel and its Arab neighbors.

Ronny Ben Josef, Chairman of the FIDF Long Island Chapter and an FIDF National Board Member, will introduce the event and the FIDF National Virtual Gala taking place September 13. Hosting the event and Q&A will be renowned Israeli journalist and TV anchor Tal Heinrich.

“This FIDF event will enable the Tri-State community to reaffirm our commitment to the brave young soldiers of the Israel Defense Forces, who risk their lives to protect the State of Israel and the Jewish people worldwide. Despite the limitations posed by COVID-19, and because of the increased challenges facing Israel’s soldiers today, we must come together and continue to demonstrate our support,” said Ben Josef.
