These renovations included the purchase of a new freezer, work tables, cabinetry, ovens, microwaves, and a walk-in refrigerator. To further expand the high school culinary electives, the upper level culinary courses were aligned to the cooking, hospitality, and restaurant management courses offered at Bergen Community College. This provides students with dual credit opportunities. The upgraded kitchen will allow students to engage in instructional opportunities using industry standard tools and equipment.
