Teaneck Man Charged With Attempted Murder In Englewood Shootings
Breaking: Odari Green, 37, allegedly shot 2 people several times Tuesday at an Englewood home.

TEANECK, NJ — A township man was charged with attempted murder and armed robbery after he allegedly shot two people at an Englewood home Tuesday morning, acting Bergen County Prosecutor Dennis Calo announced.
Odari Green, 37, was also charged with carjacking, endangering the welfare of a child, and various weapons offenses.
Englewood police officers found two victims with multiple gunshot wounds at the home, Calo said. Two other victims authorities spoke to reported that Green tried to shoot them, but his handgun malfunctioned, he said.

Green fled the home in a white Nissan Altima, which he later abandoned in Teaneck; he carjacked a woman at gunpoint in Hackensack, Calo said.
Green drove into Maywood, where police officers followed him onto the Garden State Parkway. State Police officers also joined the pursuit, which ended in East Orange, Calo said.

State Police officers took Green into custody. A loaded handgun was found inside the carjacked vehicle, Calo said.
Green was remanded to the Bergen County Jail pending a detention hearing Friday morning.
The two shooting victims were in stable condition at an area hospital Tuesday.
