Teaneck: Votee Park Exercise Station Area

For all of you exercise enthusiasts, construction for the long-awaited exercise station area will begin on or about Monday, July 27, weather permitting. Replacing the old area from several years ago, will be a new outdoor ADA compliant area addressing the needs of users from beginner to advanced. Equipment includes cardio, leg, shoulder, chest and back events along with a 13-person cross fitness rig for our more advanced users. As with any exercise regiment, consulting a physician prior to the start of physical fitness routine is recommended. The fitness area is designed for users at least 14 years old, 5 feet tall, and no more than 300 lb.

The location of this area will be at the north east side of Votee Park opposite the tennis and handball courts and should be available for use by the end of August.
