IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR MAIL-IN BALLOT, PLEASE MAIL IT BACK TO THE COUNTY IMMEDIATELY. DO NOT WAIT TO SEND IT BACK. YOUR BALLOT MUST BE POSTMARKED BY MAY 12 AND RECEIVED BY THE BOARD OF ELECTIONS NO LATER THAN MAY 14TH.

Please be advised that if:
- Your mail-in-ballot from Bergen County accidentally ended up in your trash
- You are worried about the timeliness of regular mail during the COVID-19 Crisis
That you are indeed able to go physically to the Bergen County Clerk’s Office to fill out and/or submit your mail-in-ballot.
YOU MUST CALL THE BERGEN COUNTY CLERK’S OFFICE AHEAD OF YOUR VISIT TO SET UP A TIME TO GO DO THIS. THE OFFICE WILL NEED TIME TO PRINT YOU ANOTHER OFFICIAL BALLOT. NO ONE IS PHYSICALLY ALLOWED IN THE BUILDING.
IF YOUR CALL IS NOT ANSWERED RIGHT AWAY, PLEASE LEAVE A VOICEMAIL. SOMEONE FROM THE COUNTY CLERK'S OFFICE WILL GET BACK TO YOU.
