On Monday, May 18th, Windsor Road between Billington and West Englewood is scheduled for milling. This is the process of grinding off the top layer of asphalt or surface of a roadway in preparation for paving, Weather permitting, this process will take two days to complete.

Please avoid this section of Windsor Road and plan for an alternate route as there will be various road closures.

The second half of Windsor Road from West Englewood Avenue to the Bergenfield border will be milled later next week, or after Memorial Day.

The milling process is noisy and we will take every step to minimize the inconvenience,. However, milling requires trucks and special machinery. Complete resurfacing should take place within 2 weeks.
