Samual Kovacsy, 42, was cited both times for having an open container of alcohol in addition to the DWI charges, police said.

TOMS RIVER, NJ — A Toms River man has been charged with drunken driving twice within two days, after he crashed his vehicle twice last week, Toms River police said Monday.
