TOMS RIVER, NJ — Ocean County got an unpleasant reminder of the impact of Superstorm Sandy with the wind and flooding in the area on Friday and Saturday.

Roads around the Toms River — including Exit 81 from the Garden State Parkway — were shut down, impassable due to the flooding.
