PHOTOS: 71st Annual Fireworks on the Toms River

Annual show can be seen from Washington St to Beachwood.

Toms River residents came out by the thousands to watch the festive display of colors in the night sky on July fourth. The fireworks were set off in Beachwood, following an annual tradition that has run for the past 71 years, and could be seen from anywhere on the river banks. Spectators arrived early to get a good spot to watch at Huddy Park, the Beachwood Community Center, and anywhere else they could get a good view of the river.
