Valter H. Must, Esq. Joins Carluccio, Leone, Dimon, Doyle & Sacks, L.L.C.

The law firms of (CLDDS) in Toms River and Rothstein, Mandell, Strohm, Must & Halm, P.C. in Lakewood are pleased to announce an agreement has been reached and Valter H. Must, Esq. will become a member of CLDDS effective December 10, 2012.

Strohm says that the growing need for commercial litigation by clients of Rothstein, Mandell, Strohm, Must & Halm, P.C. primarily handled by Must will be best served by the support system provided by CLDDS.  Additionally, the lakewood firm believes that a more independent approach to potential litigation will be obtained by Must being a member of CLDDS.

Managing Partner, Edward J. Dimon and Forming Partner, Stephan R. Leone stated that they are looking forward to Must joining the firm as a member and are pleased that both firms will be best served by Must joining CLDDS.

Must is a graduate of The Ranney School in Tinton Falls. He received his B.S. in Operations Research from Syracuse University in 1979 and his J.D. from Seton Hall School of Law in 1985. Must is a member of the bars of New Jersey, New York, United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the United States Supreme Court. Must is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney. He resides in Toms River with his wife, Eva, and their fours sons; Kristjan, Markus, Andrus and Erik.
