Body Found By Toms River Walmart ID'd As Homeless Woman

The woman's body was found in the woods on Wednesday evening, police said.

TOMS RIVER, NJ — A woman found dead in the woods near Walmart on Wednesday has been identified as a homeless woman, Toms River police said.

The woman, Mary Tomasuolo, 56, was found in the wood line at the west side of the property on Route 37, said Jillian Messina, media specialist for the Toms River Police Department.

Investigators from the police department and the Ocean County Sheriff's Department CSI unit found no signs of foul play, Messina said.
