Downtown Night Out Raising Funds For Toms River Schools

TOMS RIVER, NJ — The Toms River Education Foundation is set to hold a fundraiser downtown on Friday, Aug. 11, to continue its work to support the Toms River Regional Schools.

The fundraiser will be held as part of Downtown Night Out, the weekly outdoor dining event where Washington Street is closed from Main Street to Robbins Street so restaurants can set up tables in the street where people can dine, listen to live music and more.

On Aug. 11, participating restaurants and businesses will be donating part of their proceeds to the Toms River Education Foundation, which has been providing support to the Toms River Schools.

Capone’s Gourmet Pizza and Pasta House, A Thyme for All Seasons, Sáfu Sushi DTR, Battle River Brewing, and Garden State Distillery will be participating in the fundraiser.
