The 4th Annual OCL Student Film Festival will be Friday and Saturday, April 15th and 16th. There are 2 age divisions: High Schoolers and 18 Plus. "Best Of" certificates will be awarded for the following eight categories: documentary, news feature, animation/stop motion, commercial, P.S.A, feature film, short feature, music video. Entry forms and a complete list of rules can be found on the library website at www.theoceancountylibrary.org.
