The Ocean Affiliate of the National Association for the Education of Young Children (OAEYC) will be hosting a festival which will feature a children’s Celebration Stage and an exhibit hall. Over 250 childcare centers, community agencies and family related businesses have been invited to participate in this annual festival celebrating the “Month of the Young Child” in Ocean County.
