The Toms River Branch of the Ocean County Library is hosting World War II: Words and Music on Tuesday November 15 at 7:00pm. Admission is free.
The one hour presentation by The Traveling Literary Theatre will move the spirit with true accounts from those who served during World War II as well as examine the plight of those who waited at home. Professional actors will sing songs from that era and share heartfelt letters, famous quotes, and gripping reports of the war. The words are authentic—straight from those who struggled, fought, lived and died during World War II. The music pays tribute to the resiliency of the human spirit and honors the courage of the greatest generation.
Please register by calling 732 349 6200 or at our website www.theoceancountylibrary.org. The Toms River Branch is located at 101 Washington Street, Toms River, New Jersey.
